Terri Moyer

Theresa (Terri) Moyer came to Red Bird Mission as a staff member in July of 2005 from Southeastern Pennsylvania.  She is currently working in the Craft Program, as a Craft Marketing Associate.  Terri enjoys traveling with the Craft Shows, she feels this is the best way for her to spread the good news of Red Bird Mission.

Terri first heard about Red Bird Mission after she joined the First United Methodist Church of Media in 1995, where she was a very active member of the church community.  In August of 2004, Terri and her daughter came to Red Bird on a mission work camp week.  During that time, she received a strong calling to be here at Red Bird.  Later, Terri felt compelled to return to Red Bird and volunteer her services for a while.  After a lot of Devotional praying to try to determine what plan God had in mind for her, Terri received a copy of the Cardinal.  She read the newsletter several times before she saw the advertisement for the Craft Marketing Associate, it immediately felt like this was what she was looking for.  So, she then applied for and was hired for the position.

Terri’s 12 year old daughter, Danielle, attends Red Bird Mission School and volunteers for Community Outreach.  They are both active members of Jack’s Creek United Methodist Church.  Terri helps out as a Youth Group leader, and holds a position on the church’s outreach committee.  Danielle enjoys attending Youth Group, and has recently been Confirmed.
